15 Stone of Lies

Jonny Vegas: 18 Stone of Idiot
Ok, thought I'd check out the old weight seeing as I have been eating a little bit better and riding the exercise bile lately... 210lbs! That's 15 stone to an Englishman! Blimey Charlie. If the scales and title of Jonny Vegas' new Channel 4 show is to be believed... I am only 3 stone away from looking like said Jonny Vegas. The scales must be wrong... or Vegas is really 21 stone... or I'm really dense and hide it quite well.

YubNub

Came across this new website today, that's a Google style search engine but instead uses comand lines that users create in order to visit a perticular webpage, instead of a page of results like Google would show. For example, if I type in 'Groves' it takes me to Grove Music Online, as somebody submitted that comand line into YubNub. If you type in a command and a page of Google search results appear, then a website hasn't been assigned to that command. So I did a little testing...
'England' was not assigned, so now takes you to englishinvader.com, as does 'USA'. I'm pretty surprised those weren't taken already. Typing 'Otley' does the same thing too! I better get something up there soon, incase this thing generates some traffic.
I also assigned LeedsUnited.com to the comand line 'leeds', 'Photos' and 'Photographs' take you to Flickr.com.

It's not case sensitive incase you wondered.

I think I'm gonna puke...

I just completed my first attempt at a new exercise regime on my exercise bike. I've been riding it on and off, 10 miles at a time for a few weeks now, though admittedly I'm not as committed to it as I'd like to be. J's mom heard this on the radio.
Six minutes of intense exercise a week does as much good as six hours, according to a study. People could cut their workouts from two hours a day, three times a week, to just two minutes a day and achieve the same results, claim researchers. The two-minute workout requires cycling furiously on an exercise bike in four 30-second bursts.
Well I just finished that 5 minutes ago, and I'm still hurting. I guess it must work. Thing is this exercise bike doesn't have static handlebars, they move to work out your arms, so 'bout had them pulled out of their sockets, until I let go, and then I'm hoping I don't fall off the seat with little to hold on to!

I still feel sick. Time for a shower and maybe a lye down.
